Terms and Conditions for Gatimaan Borewell

Welcome to Gatimaan Borewell. These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Gatimaan Borewell. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

Gatimaan Borewell provides various borewell-related services, including but not limited to:

• New Borewell Drilling (6.5", 4.5", etc.)

• Borewell Cleaning and Flushing

• Pumps and Motor Installation/Repair

• Groundwater Survey and Point Marking

• Robotic Borewell Camera Inspection

2. Client Obligations & Site Access

• Permissions: The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary local government permits, NOCs, or legal clearances required for drilling on their property.

• Access: The Client must ensure a clear path for heavy machinery (rigs and support trucks). Any delays caused by restricted access may incur additional "waiting charges."

• Obstructions: The Client must inform the Company of any underground utilities (pipelines, electrical cables, septic tanks). We are not liable for damage to undisclosed underground structures.

3. Drilling Risks & Disclaimer

• Water Guarantee: While we use professional methods to locate water, Gatimaan Borewell does not guarantee the quantity or quality of water found. Drilling is a geological risk; payment is required for the drilling depth regardless of whether water is struck.

• Subsurface Conditions: We are not responsible for natural complications such as "bore collapse," "stuck bits," or "loose boulders" caused by unpredictable geological formations.

4. Payments and Charges

• Rates: Charges are based on the depth (per foot/meter) and the casing pipe used, as per the current market rate or the provided quotation.

• Advance: A booking advance may be required before the rig moves to the site.

• Settlement: Full payment must be settled immediately upon completion of the drilling or service, before the machinery leaves the site.

5. Warranty & Liability

• Machinery: We maintain our equipment to high standards, but we are not liable for delays caused by mechanical breakdowns or weather conditions.

• Warranty: Warranties on pumps and motors are provided by the respective manufacturers. Our service warranty covers only the labor of installation for a period of [e.g., 30 days].

• Damage: Gatimaan Borewell is not liable for minor surface cracks to nearby structures or landscaping caused by the vibration of the drilling process.

6. Safety

Safety is our priority. During the drilling process, the Client and unauthorized persons must stay at a safe distance (minimum 15-20 feet) from the rig. The Client is responsible for the safety of children and pets on the premises.

7. Termination

Either party may cancel the service before the rig is dispatched. If the Client cancels after the machinery has reached the site, a "transportation and mobilization fee" will be charged.

8. Governing Law
